Where is the drop-off location?

You can drop-off your bikes at Neutral Cycle which is located at 624 S 5th St, Champaign, IL. See here for more info.

How much is the service?

You can't put a price on love, but we priced it at $60 for 3 months so you save $15 on 3 month storage and then it's $25/month thereafter. For specific pricing, visit the How it Works page.

How long is my bike stored for?

Once you drop-off the bike it is stored until the date you select on the registration form. But you we can keep it forever if you want.

How do I get my bike back?

You can pick up your bike from Neutral Cycle during the time you specified on the form. Write it on your calendar so you don't forget.

When does the service start?

You can drop your bike off during Neutral Cycle's business hours just make sure you also print your registration ticket.
